How does it work?

1. You send us your document for evaluation. The easiest and safest way is to send a scan via email to quote@alfaro-translations.com specifying your information, the target language/s and the desired delivery date.


2. We give you a quote considering any special requirements you might have, including translation by a certified translator or the desired time.


3. After your order confirmation, we will translate your document and deliver it to you.


4. You can make the payment to the account indicated on the invoice within 5 business days.

Quality assurance - Our translation process

No matter how small, we handle your translation with the same care as big projects. Every translation begins with the evaluation of the document in which the project manager examines the specific project requirements, such as the target country where you will use the translation. Based on this assessment, the project manager allocates the translation to a qualified translator or team of translators with expertise in the required subject field.

In the next step our professional linguists translate your document and it will then be handed over to a second translator or editor for final editing. We firmly believe that two sets of eyes see more than one. The final proof-reading and editing will always be completed by native speakers of the target language (that is, the language into which the document is being translated). This is especially important for applications, where the style might be different from your home country, but to a lesser degree even for the more formalised translation of legal documents.
